Waiver and Release of Liability *

I understand and agree that my participation in the BMW Motorcycle Owners of Cleveland (“BMWMOC”) Club and Event(s) is subject to the BMWMOC Rules for Group Riding and Code of Ethics, which are available on the BMWMOC website (bmwmoc.org). In consideration for my being given the opportunity to participate in the Club or Event(s), I , both for myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue each of BMWMOC and its affiliates, agents, officers, directors, and members (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from all liability, claims, damages (including attorneys’ fees), demands, losses, or injuries (collectively, “Losses”) on my account arising out of, or in any way relating to, my participation in the Club or Event(s). I further agree that if, despite this release, if I or anyone on my behalf makes a claim against any of the Released Parties arising out of or in any way relating to my participation in the Club or Event(s), I will INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, each of the Released Parties from any Losses that they may incur as a result of such claim. This Release form will be governed by Ohio law.
