Our ride for Saturday, August 13th, 2022 will take us on a road trip back in time. From Bob Evans Brunswick, we will head south to Wooster, OH to pick up one of the early alignments of the Lincoln Highway and head west, making out way to Bucyrus, OH. Several photo worthy points of interest will serve as stops along the way, culminating in a lunch break at Carle’s Bratwurst (https://carlesbrats.com/) for a hearty lunch and marking the official end of the tour. Included in the GPX (Lincoln Highway Mini Tour) file is the route to follow along Route 30 East from Carle’s to I-71 North so that riders may easily find their way home. Total tour distance from BE-Brunswick to I-71 N is 130 miles. Add 26 miles to return to BE-Brunswick.
Per usual, the ride will depart promptly at 10 AM from Bob Evans Brunswick. Please be ready with a full tank and an empty bladder. Also, please check this forum and/or the Club’s Facebook page on Friday evening, August 12th for last minute weather related advisories and or cancellation notices.
