Club Meeting Information for Thursday May 7 ONLINE Meeting

BMW MOC plans on using an ONLINE meeting on Thursday May 7 at 7 PM

via ZOOM and the info below will help you prepare for it if you care to join the meeting.

If you have used ZOOM before then you already know what you need

and you can join the meeting when you get the Emailed Inviation about 15 minutes before we start..

The invitation will look something like this:

If you are NOT familiar with ZOOM, then you should at least watch this two minute video

on “Joining a meeting and Configuring Audio and Video” by clicking on the link below.

THEN when you get the All Club email invitation on Thursday May 7 you’ll only need to click on the link,

and your system or phone will download what you need and you can easily and

quickly configure your Audio and Video to join the meeting.

IF you want the FULL ZOOM App, you can download it ahead of time from ZOOM.US

or watch several other videos for ZOOM info

there are versions for Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS and Linux

that will work on your Desktop, Laptop, Tablet or cellphone [whatever has a camera].
