Sunday and Monday look a bit rainy so I’m passing on the rally.
I just don’t camp in the rain on purpose any more.

I will be in Ohio on Labor Day (Monday), if anyone wants to ride. Heading to the Made in Ohio Festival in Peninsula on Saturday. Maybe to Mon Ami Winery in Catawa on Sunday for brunch buffet…

Mary and I had a great time at the Finger Lakes Rally. Great riding around Senaca and Cayuga Lakes. Real nice riders there but the attendance was a bit down from past years according to the regulars. Good weather for the event, though. We left the rally on Sunday and ran into rain between Olean NY and Erie PA but otherwise the temps were nice and the sky either clear or just a bit overcast. It was nice riding all the way around – until we hit Ohio – literally the Ohio border – when it turned to 90 degrees and humid. Oh well. We love Ohio, right?
We are hoping to make the Rib Fest later this month.
