      BMWMOC Officer Nominations and Election procedures.

      During the September membership meeting, the Club President appointed a three member Election committee 

      from the general membership and declared the Officer Nomination window ‘open’.

      Individuals may now be nominated for more than one position, but can only accept one nomination.

      Nominations will be accepted through the end of the November 3 meeting.

      The Election Committee will then compile an Annual Election Ballot and

      will distribute electronically or by mail, one ballot per member.

      The ballot will provide: a list of nominees,

      a space for write-in votes, an address where the completed ballot must

      be returned or instructions for returning the electronic ballots, and a deadline

      date (December 31st) after which ballots received will not be counted.

      The results of the election shall be announced at the January membership

      meeting and on the Club website.”

      Members will be able to go to the Club Website and make Nominations for all Officer positions as follows:
