Online User Group Meeting — April 18, 10:00 AM to noon
Thanks to the Corona Virus pandemic our face-to-face user group meetings had to be cancelled, but all is not lost. Let’s try doing an online version using Zoom. We tried it at one of our Wednesday morning Zoom meetings (that we have in lieu of Wednesday breakfasts) and it seemed to work just fine. Participants can see the computer screen (e.g., BaseCamp) of whoever has a question or wishes to show something to the group. We can walk through step by step how to load routes on your GPS device, how to create routes in BaseCamp, and address questions users have using GPSs and BaseCamp.
Let me know (text or email) If you’d like to participate on April 18 and I’ll include you in an invitation I’ll be emailing to folks about a half hour before the meeting begins. Click on the link in the email to join the meeting. Zoom is pretty easy to use, but if you haven’t used it before please sign in a few minutes early so we can lend a hand if needed BEFORE the meeting begins.
You’re welcome to participate, even if you just want to listen in and see what goes on.
So let’s give it a try – it should be fun for all!
